If PISA is more about application and the new table more about learning, then this is perhaps not a surprising outcome given the differences between the two systems. The next question is "which is better?" to which the obvious answer is "both" but, unless application is not considered important, maybe the English/Welsh system has something to learn from the Scottish system.matthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06064245011105794473noreply@blogger.com
